Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains what happens if you cancel a confirmed booking with Satya Photography.

Booking confirmation

A 60% advance payment confirms your wedding date, followed by 30% one week before the event. The remaining 10% is payable before album production. These terms form part of your booking agreement.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 60 or more days before the event: the advance is fully refunded.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the event: the advance is non-refundable, because your date has been reserved and other enquiries turned away.

Our responsibility

If we are unable to provide the agreed coverage on your date for a reason within our control, we will refund all amounts paid to us.
